Shipping Information


Shipping is calculated by the weight of the items purchased in order to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Costs are calculated by carriers, not us. We do not make any money on shipping fees. We ship to all of North America and select international countries. If you can not check out, please contact us.



All items ship with tracking. International customers, please note, sometimes USPS tracking does not update after reaching the destination country.



Nearly all orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday). There will be occasional exceptions and delays to order processing speeds due to holidays, staff shortages, sickness, worldwide Pandemics, acts of God etc.



USPS first class deliveries typically take between 2-6 business days, depending on how far away you are from Royal Oak, Michigan.
USPS Priority Mail typically takes between 1-3 business days from the ship date.


All transit times are subject to carrier delays. Packages are subject to the shipment method chosen at checkout. Antler & Fin is not responsible for carrier delays.  Rest assured, if your package never arrives, we will refund you or replace your lost item.


International packages can take 2-4 weeks or longer to arrive from the date of shipment. Please note, international transit times are subject to delays and issues effecting the local postal service in the customer's delivery country. Sometimes international packages can take over 8 weeks to arrive. If your order is taking a long time to be delivered, it doesn't mean there is a problem.  The delay might be due to customs holding / inspecting / processing your order before moving it on to the final delivery.



Buyers are responsible for ALL customs charges and fees. Please check your local customs policies before ordering. Antler & Fin will never reimburse or refund customs charges. If your item is held up in customs and not claimed, Antler & Fin is not responsible for refunds or reimbursements for returned packages. Again -- We DO NOT add on or pre-charge you for any customs charges that your country might impose on your package unless otherwise stated at check out.



Returns and Exchanges are accepted for a period of 30 days from your order date.  Merchandise must be returned in new/unused condition.  For orders with return requests, please contact us for additional information.  When making an exchange, please contact us with a list of the new items you want in place of your original order and include your order number. Buyers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping fees.



While we strive to have stringent quality control, sometimes defective items can leave our shop. If your item is defective, please contact us for a replacement within 30 days.
